Education

The CET offers a wide range of formal and informal educational activities from the New Forest Treehouse Study Centre and the Out of Town Centre. In general, day courses take place at the New Forest Treehouse Study Centre and residential courses are run from the Out of Town Centre. Some day courses related to food and farming are offered at the Out of Town Centre site.

Activities are led throughout by our own education officers and can be combined or adjusted to suit an individual group's objectives. Our programmes are designed to comply with National Curriculum requirements at Key Stages 1 to 4, and have been fully risk assessed.

In addition to the variety of habitats available on the Beaulieu Estate (pond, stream, broadleaf woodland, conifer plantation, meadow, wetland and farmed land), the Trust takes advantage of selected areas of the New Forest, offering groups access to lowland heath, valley mire, ancient pasture woodlands, estuary and coast.

Take a look at our activities for Pre-school, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and adult groups.
