Enjoy this 30 minute chair yoga session in the wonderful setting of the Treehouse Study Centre followed by an opportunity for a tea or coffee and a chat out on the balcony.
There are many benefits to chair yoga for both mental and physical well being. It can be modified to suit any ability and can be particularly useful to improve posture for those who spend a lot of time at a desk or for people with limited mobility.
At the beginning of the session you will be asked to fill out a PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire)
If you have any symptoms of Coronavirus please do not attend the session. There will be a full refund available for any cancellations due to Covid. In other cases tickets are not refundable. Group sizes are limited for this activity to ensure we are able to practice social distancing.
