Birds
This birdwatching event will be led by talented ornithologist, Graham Giddens, and located at Needs Ore Nature Reserve. With over 20 years experience leading wildlife groups, you will be sure to get the most from this event. Guiding you through coastal marshland, this carefully planned walk offers stunning scenery and ample opportunity to spot some birds of prey, avocets and other waders, along with skylarks and a good range of warblers. Not only does the reserve boast some unusual birds, but access to the site is strictly by permit only, making it all the more special.
Please wear dark coloured clothes and waterproof footwear for this walk. Binoculars are also a good addition if you have them.
Directions to the car park will be emailed out closer to the time of the event.
This event is open to those 16 and over.
