New Forest Chefs on Parade

Come and join us for an evening of fun and entertainment with some of the New Forest’s top chefs showing off their culinary wizardry.

We are delighted that BBC South presenter, Sam Fraser, will be joining us as the evening’s host and chefs taking part will include those form Lime Wood, The Montagu Arms, Balmer Lawn, Careys Manor and Taste.

Doors will open at 6.30pm to allow time for guests to whet their appetites with a drink at the Pay Bar and browse some local produce stalls, with the cooking commencing at 7pm. The chefs will each be cooking a signature dish which, with a matching wine, will be auctioned to eat on the night. The chefs will pair up and go head to head for each course to see you through the evening.

There will also be a separate raffle and an auction of fantastic prizes from the supporting hotels. While you refresh your glasses during the interval, canapes will be served, courtesy of the chefs.

All proceeds from this event will be helping support the Countryside Education Trust. We are celebrating our 50th Anniversary this year!
