Description
A new month marks an exciting new pop up shop theme… This time it’s all about New Forest ponies!
We’d love you to join us on Thursday 26th June from 12:30–16:30 to meet our CET ponies (including our two cheeky Shetlands!) and learn about the tradition of commoning in the New Forest from a local commoner. To make things easier for our ponies, we’re opening slightly later than usual, so they won’t be waiting around too long for your visit.
From 15:30–16:30, families are especially welcome to drop by after school, when we’ll be offering pony rides for children aged 3–8.
We will have a range of produce for you to browse from our farm as well as from some local vendors. This month we will be offering seasonal fruit and veg (strawberries, lettuce…), free range eggs, carded Shetland wool, plum & strawberry jam, tomato chutney and goats milk soap.
There will also be homemade baked treats and refreshments (including freshly squeezed lemonade and ice cream!) for you to enjoy.
In case you need any more convincing to come along, we will be running a raffle for visitors to have the chance to win with a FREE ‘Pony Picnic Walk’!!
