Volunteer: Maintenance- Shelter building repair part 2

A return to Longmead to finish what we started. A great start a couple of weeks ago. As a reminder to those who did not see this one before.  At Longmead copse (well done if you spotted that is not what is shown on the event image but you get the idea)  we use it to help  with the coppicing and are joined on various Mondays by a Yr10 Woodlander  group. The site incorporates a very pleasant refreshment and rustic shelter to take breaks in . It even has its’ own little cooking area but this area needed a little repair. We made good progress a fortnight ago but there is still quite alot to do  . No hi tech construction skills on this one so if you know your way around a saw and a drill or are up to a bit of potential pointing with an axe come and join us on this one. No map for Longmead needed. Join us on the farm and we will take a minibus up.
