Volunteers: farm- Orchard conservation and repairs

With the harvest just about done (There might be a couple of trees to pick) and the juice pressed (we might crack open a bottle at break time) some time is needed to do some maintenance and conservation work. A variety of small but important tasks to be done before big pruning in the new year. Tree guards repaired, obvious dead bits removed and saplings taken out. A pleasant morning in the autumnal orchard.
