Little Owls

Little Owls is for our tiniest visitors. Sessions happen monthly, usually on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10.00 to 12.00 and 1.00 to 3.00. Parents, grandparents and carers bring along their charges, and we head outside for at least half of every session to explore the farm, garden or woods.

The children enjoy a wide range of seasonal activities from planting seeds and picking their own potatoes, to collecting autumn leaves and looking at the different places that animals live. There is always something interesting to see on the farm, especially in the spring. Arts and crafts, poems and stories feature too and our cooks make themed biscuits for breaktime.

Meetings are either on the farm or at our Treehouses in the woods. Each child creates a scrapbook of their monthly activities so that they have something special to take away at the end of their time with us or graduate to Big Owls. Activities are lead by experienced staff.

Many children stay with us for two years, so book early to make sure of a place! First Wednesday and Thursday of the month, 10.00 – 12.00 or 1.00 – 3.00.
